• Manage advanced network operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Lead enterprise network incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management.
• Provide consultation on network architecture, infrastructure design, and implementation.
• Monitor network performance, analyze capacity requirements, and optimize network reliability.
• Implement and maintain network security standards, policies, and governance practices.
• Identify network bottlenecks and recommend improvements to performance and availability.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and IT operations teams to resolve complex network issues.
