We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile teams delivering enterprise-level technology and data platform solutions. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who can drive Agile best practices, remove delivery impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Guide and coach teams on Agile principles, self-organization, and accountability
• Identify, track, and proactively remove impediments impacting team performance
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear backlog prioritization and alignment
• Monitor and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics
• Utilize Agile tools such as Jira to manage workflows and ensure transparency
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and delivery quality
• Work within large-scale enterprise IT environments to drive successful Agile adoption

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Proven experience delivering technology or data platform projects
• Strong expertise in facilitating all Agile ceremonies
• Demonstrated ability to remove blockers and improve team productivity
• Experience with Agile lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint reporting)
• Experience working in enterprise or large-scale IT programs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting state or government technology projects
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
