• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience, including requirements elicitation and documentation.

• 10+ years knowledge of Project Management frameworks and methodologies.

• 10+ years experience with large-scale IT operations and IT industry trends.

• Demonstrated expertise in defining functional requirements, technical specifications, and related deliverables.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and maintain effective working relationships across all organizational levels.

• Proven ability to create clear, complete, and actionable requirements documentation.

• Strong experience ensuring system functionality aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years working with government regulations or compliance frameworks.

• 5+ years of project management experience.

• 5+ years leading teams or workgroups.

• Experience interpreting policies and translating regulations into system requirements.

• Strong experience conducting gap analysis and reviewing MIS functionality.

• Experience gathering MIS requirements within large organizations.

• Experience developing solicitation or contract requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or related field.

• PMI-PBA or IIBA CBAP certification preferred.
