Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions with a primary focus on Blue Prism.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform process discovery, and create solution designs.

• Integrate RPA workflows with databases, RESTful services, APIs, and internal systems.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.

• Troubleshoot issues related to Azure infrastructure and automation deployments.

• Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient automation solutions.

• Apply Agile methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Support automation governance, documentation, and best practices.

• Work with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate when required.

Minimum Requirements

Required Experience

• 8 years of hands-on experience in RPA development, including 4+ years with Blue Prism.

• 8 years of web development experience (HTML, JavaScript, DOM, HTTP protocol).

• 8 years of experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• 8 years of experience working with RESTful web services.

Preferred Experience

• 4 years of API development experience.

• 4 years working in process discovery, requirements gathering, or solution architecture.

• 4 years of experience with C#, Java, or Python.

• 3 years of Azure infrastructure experience (including troubleshooting).

• 3 years working in Agile development environments.

• 1 year of experience with Power Automate development.

• Blue Prism Certification (Preferred).

• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification (Preferred).

• Prior experience supporting Health and Human Services (HHS) or OIG (Preferred).
