Answering Phones
Customer Service
Communication with internal & external stakeholders via phone & email.
Updating digital records in the Learning Management System
Printing & distributing documents related to scheduled classes.
Use of office suite including Excel, Word & Teams.
Filing
Retrieving documents from archives (on site)

RATE: $20.70 - $22.70/h. On W2

Required / Desired Skills

  • Proficiency in Excel: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Excel, including data entry, formulas, and spreadsheet management.
  • Answering Phones: At least 3 years of experience in managing phone communications, including handling inquiries, directing calls, and maintaining professionalism.
  • Customer Service: A minimum of 3 years of experience providing excellent customer service, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
