Job Description

We are looking for a Service Management Process owner to provide leadership and develop and manage projects which promote IT Service Management principles and guide Infrastructure and Operations maturity using Service Management methods.

SALARY RANGE: 90K TO 100K Per Annum

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills/Experience:

8 years of experience with ITSM and ITIL governance processes.

8 years of ability to think and act strategically and tactically, knowing when to apply each approach.

8 years of very strong communication skills, including oral, written, presentation, and facilitation abilities.

8 years of technical understanding with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.

8 years of IT Service Management knowledge beyond theory, including roles that implement IT best practices.

8 years of demonstrated credibility and trust, earning the respect of IT and business managers across various levels.

8 years of experience bringing together teams with varied backgrounds (business analysts, technical experts, process owners) to address and resolve service level issues.

8 years of solid understanding of IT Outsourcing and Managed Services.

8 years of knowledge of statistical, numerical, and analytical principles and processes.

8 years of innovative thinking related to service quality and its improvement, while balancing costs and business direction.

8 years of adherence to Project Management best practices.

8 years of experience with ITSM service tools, such as ServiceNow and Remedy.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

5 years of proficiency in Remedy On Demand.

4 years of IT Service Management certification (ITIL V3 or V4).

4 years of PMP Certification.

4 years of experience in Business Process Engineering.

4 years of experience in Technical Writing/Formal Documentation Skills.

4 years of experience with ServiceNow supporting external business partners and Cloud Service Providers like AWS.

3 years of training experience.

1 year of experience with ServiceNow security operations and DevOps tools (e.g., Jira, GitLab).
