Develop, monitor and optimize Batch Jobs and Operations.

Analyzes the technology currently being used and develops plans and processes for improvement and expansion. 

Implements and enhances an advanced CI/CD solution. Develops, codes, tests, builds, installs, configures, and maintains IT solutions.

Analyzes processes, and deployments and proposes improvements to streamline code deployments and minimize errors.

Uses configuration management software to automatically deploy updates and fixes into the various production & non-production environments.

Documents processes and procedures.

Support Production and Non Production related activities and issues.

Support releases and sprint related activities.

Provide enterprise level solutions for existing automation in place while developing new solutions.

Develop proposal plan for approval.

SALARY RANGE: 120K TO 130K Per Annum

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills/Experience:

10 years of experience automating the full life cycle of complex enterprise IT environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Configuration as Code (CaC), and CI/CD tools integrated into a unified solution for new environment setup or frequent modifications, particularly in areas such as IBM WebSphere, MQ, Oracle products, and AWS.

10 years of experience designing and implementing automation solutions focused on scalability, repeatability, and recoverability.

10 years of experience designing and implementing advanced automation solutions using tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible Automation Platform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Liquibase.

8 years of experience with one or more programming/scripting languages, including Python, GoLang, Shell, Ruby, Bash, Shell, and Perl.

8 years of experience with container technologies and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, PODMAN, Docker, OpenShift, or Rancher, and experience with packaging tools like Helm Charts and Kustomize.

8 years of experience working with Linux and Windows operating systems.

8 years of experience designing and implementing solutions using the AWS Well-Architected Framework.

8 years of excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

5 years of development experience with Java, J2EE, Java Spring Boot, EJB, JSP, JSF/Struts (JavaServer Faces, Apache Struts Framework), and XML.

5 years of experience with WebSphere ND, MQ, Oracle, Java, SQL tools (e.g., PL/SQL Developer, SQL Plus), LDAP, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
