Job Description
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging, user-centered designs that meet business objectives and provide meaningful experiences for our users. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to transform complex ideas into intuitive and accessible designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create user personas, user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts.
- Design and deliver user experiences that align with user needs and business goals, from conception through to final implementation.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical requirements.
- Perform usability testing, analyze user feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance user satisfaction and usability.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and a high-quality user experience across products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance design approaches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design practices and high-quality, innovative UX design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience with user research and usability testing, along with a solid understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for improving user experiences.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for web design implementation.
- Experience with design systems and working within established brand guidelines.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to support data-driven design decisions.
