Software development life cycle (SDLC), business process re-engineering, user story development, and UX design. This role requires strong communication, facilitation, writing, and organizational skills.

Salary Range: 110K - 120K Per Annum

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

8 years of experience in Eliciting requirements from interviews with customers and creating well-written system requirements documents

8 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

8 years of experience in Business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement

8 years of experience in Development of user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices

8 years of experience in Designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices

5 years of experience in Strong communication and facilitation skills

5 years of experience in Strong writing and organization skills

Demonstrated work experience (minimum 3 years preferred) with requirements management software "Modern Requirements."

Demonstrated work experience (minimum 3 years preferred) with issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira."

Demonstrated experience (minimum 2 years preferred) working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency.
