We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 8 years of proven expertise in eliciting requirements, business process re-engineering, and software development life cycle (SDLC). The successful candidate will have a strong background in creating well-written system requirements documents and demonstrating proficiency in user story development, use case creation, and designing mockups/wireframes adhering to UX best practices.

Salary Range: 120k to 130k Per Annum

Responsibilities:

1. Elicitation of Requirements:

   • Conduct interviews with customers to gather comprehensive requirements.
   • Create clear and concise system requirements documents.

2. Business Process Re-engineering:

   • Demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of experience in business process re-engineering.
   • Drive improvements in software process flows to enhance efficiency.

3. SDLC Experience:

   • Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

4. User Stories and Use Cases:

   • Develop user stories and use cases adhering to business analysis best practices.
   • Ensure alignment of user stories with overall project goals and objectives.

5. Mockups and Wireframes:

   • Design mockups and/or wireframes in accordance with UX best practices.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback into design iterations.

6. Communication and Facilitation:

   • Exhibit strong communication and facilitation skills.
   • Engage with stakeholders to gather input and ensure project alignment.

7. Writing and Organization:

   • Demonstrate strong writing and organizational skills to maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation.

8. Preferred Experience:

   • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated work experience with requirements management software "Modern Requirements."
   • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated work experience with issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira."
   • Preferred experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency.
