We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in managing enterprise-scale data management projects. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of overall project management experience, with at least 8 years specifically in managing large-scale data management projects.

Salary Range: 120k to 130k Per Annum

Minimum Requirements:

- 10 years of experience: Project Management.
- 8 years of experience: Managing enterprise-scale data management projects.
- 8 years of experience: Managing agile projects at state or federal government agencies or similar.

Preferred Requirements:

- 5 years of experience: Knowledge and experience with common project management systems like Jira, Micro Focus Project Management, etc.
- 3 years of experience: Experience with creating Texas Project Delivery Framework deliverables and managing projects using this framework (strongly preferred).
- 1 year of experience: Certified PMP.
- 1 year of experience: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or other Agile-related certifications.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage enterprise-scale data management projects from initiation to completion.
- Utilize agile project management methodologies in state or federal government agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Implement and use common project management systems, ensuring effective project tracking and communication.
- Obtain and maintain relevant project management certifications (PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, etc.).
