8	Required	Experience in the Information Technology industry
8	Required	Ability to direct and manage large projects
8	Required	Experience in IT infrastructure and System Services, environments and projects
8	Required	Experience in writing process, procedures and policies
8	Required	Experience in project management in relevant areas of project assignment
5	Preferred	Experience leading large Identity and Access Management projects.
